Weekend Video Game Warrior #44

It's time once again for the weekly article, The Weekend Video Game Warrior! This week, we got the announcement of the PS5, Blizzard in some trouble, and new games that were releasing, including Killer Queen Black. Here's what we are all playing!

Roger Reichardt - Gamerheads Podcast Co-Host/Reviewer

Now that Killer Queen Black has released, I have been playing a lot more of the game. It's nice that there is a strong user base for the game. I enjoy the fact that it's competitive but not too complicated, it's easy to pick up and play. You can read our review here of the game.

I'll also be putting more time into Asphalt 9: Legends. Yes it's a mobile game. Yes it has microtransactions. But it's still an enjoyable racing game.

Now that I've completed Greedfall, I can turn my full attention to Code Vein. Except wait...I just go that review code for Cat Quest 2. And I need a better score in Coumns for the RGB High Score Challenge. Guess my weekend will be all over the place again!

Mike Ryan - Gamerheads Co-Host/Reviewer

This weekend, I will be playing a super double secret game, so stay tuned for the Gamerheads review! I will also be playing some more Tetris 99, Asphalt 9, and take part in the Trapinch Community Day in Pokémon Go.

Christian Kobza - Gamerheads Co-Host/Site Contributor/Review Editor

My weekend will be spent knee deep in Persona 5 as I scramble to finish it and fulfill my 2019 New Year's resolution before the big fall releases start dropping.

Phil "The Chef" Hoff - The Phil and Roger Show Co-Host/Reviewer

Having finally wrapped up the story in Borderlands 3, this weekend I plan on...oh man, I'm not sure I'm ready to move on from Borderlands yet. I'll probably continue playing that. Plus I'll try and spend some more time with Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. Although it is nowhere near as fun to play without teammates.

That's what we are playing, what are you all playing? Let us know in the comments below!
