Argentinian indie developer Seven Leaf Clover, in partnership with Wandering Wizard, is celebrating the Steam launch of their hyperkinetic first-person action adventure Rebel Engine with a brand-new gameplay trailer showcasing its unique mix of melee and shooter combat. This explosive hybrid of hack-n’-slash style combos and classic ‘90s shooter chaos blends Doom and Devil May Cry into an ultra aggressive blitzkrieg of creative, combo-driven chaos.
The trailer offers an extended look at Rebel Engine’s signature “Never. Stop. Attacking.” combat loop, offering a nonstop symphony of weapon swaps, aerial combos, and mechanical mayhem that rewards speed, style, and precision.
“Seeing Rebel Engine reach a ‘Positive’ rating on Steam means the world to us,” said Julián Uriel Bega, Game Producer at Seven Leaf Clover. “We set out to create something that felt fast, fluid, and furious, it’s been amazing to see players connecting with that vision.”

Combining the combo depth of a hack-n’-slash with the relentless pace of a classic boomer shooter, Rebel Engine gives players total control over their chaos. Swap weapons to recover ammo, use enemies as projectiles, and unleash devastating finishers to climb the global leaderboards in Arena Mode.
