With the holiday behind us, we look forward to the New Year. It's time to catch up on some 2019 games! This is what we are playing this weekend.

I'll be playing more Dauntless this weekend. It's great that this game is cross platform, which allows me to play with my nephew who's in Poland. And since The Untitled Goose Game is now available on Game Pass, I'm going to give that game a try as well.

This weekend having not found anything short and single player that I felt like investing time in, I'll continue playing Pokemon Sword. Also recently fired up Forza Horizon 4 and have been having a real fun time with it. Outside of those two, it will be continuing to try and unlock the Winter Wonderland skins in Overwatch, grinding on the Show, and maybe dabbling in some more Rocket League as well.

This weekend, I will hopefully be able to finish Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. I also hope to unlock some more tiers in Rocket League, and play some more duos with the kiddo in Fortnite.

I'm coming off of a productive Christmas week where I played through the cheerfully charming A Short Hike, the mostly middling Crackdown 3, the story-driven space station saga Observation, the perplexing puzzler Baba is You, the enticingly extravagant Cadence of Hyrule, and the pleasantly personality-filled Neo Cab. I'm looking to squeeze in a couple more 2019 releases this weekend before the year is over. I'll finally be getting to Luigi's Mansion 3 and will *hopefully* be finishing Blood & Truth.

This weekend I finally have a break from the holiday festivities and will be sitting in my chair killing demons in Wrath. After I finish that game I will be starting on a JRPG called Orangeblood. Also, I will play SimCity BuildIt for the holiday challenges and because no matter what I can’t seem to put that game down for more than a day.
