Weekend Video Game Warrior #81

It's the weekend! Let's get right to it, here's what we are playing this weekend!

I'm absolutely loving Ghost of Tsushima. Talk about a game that feels like a movie, wow! I'm going to be spending more time in that world, I'll also be spending more time with Void Terrarium, a much different game than Ghost of Tsushima, but equally as good. Expect a review soon.

As per usual, this weekend I'll be continuing my MLB the Show grind. Then I figure I check out some game called the Goats of Sushi Mom. From there I have a few indie games on the switch I want to/need to check out. If you want to know more, listen to The Nindie Focus Podcast and hear all about them.

Now that Resident Evil 7 is done, I'm trying to decide between jumping into Daymare 1998, Rise of the Tomb Raider, The Evil Within, or God of War. Wait, maybe Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. But I still wanted to get into Sonic Mania; same with Diablo 3. And I told Roger we should play some Risk of Rain 2.

...I'll probably end up just playing more Animal Crossing.

Jordan Lemos - Co-Host of the Nindie Focus Podcast

This weekend I'll be playing lots of Ghost of Tsushima, and finding the quests I wrote and realizing how I could have wrote them better. Then I'll be spending time with two switch games: the new Paper Mario and the remake of Friends of Mineral Town. I'm also having a fun night of Jackbox tonight with friends which I highly recommend doing every now and then, especially during lockdown.

Having spent the past week plowing through 10 samurai movies, I've cleared my calendar to dedicate my weekend solely to Ghost of Tsushima as I embark on my war path to its platinum trophy.

This weekend I’ll be spending time finishing up Good Job on the Nintendo switch. Also my daughter is progress through Paw Patrol which I’ve been helping her out on that as well. While game is repetitive it’s a fantastic introductory game for toddlers. Lastly I’ll be playing dad which I’ve been playing for a little over 3 years now. That game is stressful at time but also super rewarding!

That's what we are playing. What are you playing? Let us know in the comments below!
