So I'm a bit late to the party, but I finally watched Scott Pilgrim vs The World and I have to say, it's one of my favorite movies. I usually don't like campy movies, but this one got me to laugh. It was so enjoyable that I decided to pick up the latest port of the game to the Nintendo Switch, so I'll be playing that game this weekend. My only complaint is that I wish it had online multiplayer.

This weekend I'm going to teach the kiddo a little history lesson. With the new Mortal Kombat trailer dropping (looks awesome by the way), I'm going to show off one of the most under-appreciated title in MK lore: Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks. Other than that, I'll probably play some Animal Crossing to prep my island for the upcoming Mario stuff.

I might've been able to finish Pokemon Crystal earlier in the week, but the specter of Destiny 2 continues to haunt me as I've only managed to finish one of its three expansions. I'll be putting in a concerted effort to power through more Destiny 2 content while taking periodic breaks to continue my Pokemon journey with Pokemon Emerald.
